Demonstration of a new DVD on the U. S. Constitution, produced with a grant from the U. S. Department of Education by the Center for Educational Technologies, Wheeling Jesuit University, Wheeling, West Virginia.

Introduction: Ray Smock, project consultant

Demonstration by CET staff.

Discussion with members.

9:00-10:00 AM: Tour of Capitol Visitors' Center
Assemble on Capitol steps on East side of the building on the Senate side of the Capitol.

10:30 AM-12:00 PM: Guidelines for Congressional Papers Archives
Panel discussion with Karen Paul, Connell Gallagher, Colleen Mason, Sheryl Vogt, Rose Diaz, and Eileen Winkelman (possible demonstration of new document management system in Senate).

12:00 PM-1:30 PM: Catered Lunch on site

1:30 PM-3:00 PM: The ACSC Website: What Do Members Want?
Open discussion with members about further development of this site.

Discussion and Adoption of draft bylaws prepared by Alan Lowe.
Election of officers.
