Change Your Password:

  1. Go to http://www.congresscenters.org in your web browser
  2. On the left hand side of the screen, you see a box to enter your e-mail address and password
  3. Please enter your e-mail address in the first box
  4. Please enter password in the second box next to password
  5. When you log in, you should see your name in the blue box on the left hand side of the screen. Under your name should be an option to change your password.
  6. Click on Change Password
  7. Type your old password in the Current Password box
  8. Type in a password of your choice in the New Password box and retype the same new password in the Confirm new password box.
  9. Click the Save button at the bottom.

Edit Your Profile:

  1. Go to http://www.congresscenters.org in your web browser
  2. On the left hand side of the screen, you see a box to enter your e-mail address and password
  3. Please enter your e-mail address in the first box
  4. Please enter password in the second box next to password
  5. When you log in, you should see your name in the blue box on the left hand side of the screen.
  6. Click on the View Profile link under your name in the box on the left hand side to look over your ACSC member profile.
  7. If you see any corrections that need to be made, click on the Edit Profile button.
  8. Make any needed corrections and then click the Save button at the bottom.

Renew Your Membership:

  1. Go to http://www.congresscenters.org in your web browser
  2. On the left hand side of the screen, you see a box to enter your e-mail address and password
  3. Please enter your e-mail address in the first box
  4. Please enter password in the second box next to password
  5. When you log in, you should see your name in the blue box on the left hand side of the screen.
  6. Click on the View Profile link under your name in the box on the left hand side to look over your ACSC member profile.
  7. Under Membership Details in your profile, click on the Renew button. 

Subscribe to Discussion Board Notifications:

  1. Log in to your account at http://www.congresscenters.org 
  2. Go to the Discussion Board
  3. Click on the link on the right side of the that allows you to subscribe to the forum
  4. You should start receiving notices that items have been posted on the board.

Posting to the Discussion Board:

  1. Log in to your account at http://www.congresscenters.org
  2. Subscribe to the Discussion Board (see above)
  3. Click on Create Topic
  4. Fill in the form and click on the Create button at the bottom of the screen
  5. Select the button "Subscribe to Topic" if you would like any updates to the topic e-mailed to you.

Posting Events:

  1. If you need to post an event, contact the webmaster to be added as an event administrator
  2. Log in to your account at http://www.congresscenters.org
  3. Click on "Switch to administrative view" in the top right corner of the screen
  4. Click on Events at the top of the screen to the left
  5. Click on Add Event at the top
  6. Select Create New Event
